• Organizing, sourcing, and understanding the demands of the client.
• screening applicants from a variety of sources, including internal databases, job and referral portals, and networking sites
• Arranging the several stages of interviews and getting feedback.
• Selecting candidates based on customer business criteria.
• Maintaining All the information of the Workers and Creating the payslips
• Daily MIS Reports and Submission.
