• Understanding of medical language, hospital operations, and Medica Protocol
• Good time management and organizational abilities
• Capability to lead and mentor team members

• Ensure prompt arrangement and stock management of medical and office supplies.
• Respond to questions from doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff.
• Address any concerns from patients
• Be Updated on healthcare regulations
